Ben Morton currently serves as the Data Engineering Lead and previously held the title of Software Engineer at ABC Supply Co. Inc. since January 2018, specializing in Azure Cloud Services, PySpark, Python, and SQL. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Data Analyst, utilizing SQL, PowerShell, and Crystal Reports/Business Objects. From August 2014 to January 2018, Ben was employed by SwedishAmerican, a Division of UW Health, as a Cybersecurity Analyst and Information Systems Analyst, focusing on data extraction, incident response, and report generation using various database technologies. Ben's career commenced at Applications Research Corporation from July 2003 to August 2014 as a Software & Data Analyst, where responsibilities included designing Oracle applications and validating data conversions. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science, graduating Cum Laude from Illinois State University between 2001 and 2003.
