Will Dibb is an experienced professional in operations analytics and clinical data science, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Analytics at AbbVie since September 2019. In this role, Will leads the development of integrated solutions utilizing Generative AI and manages resources for scalable machine learning operations and web application development. Prior to this position, Will held various roles at AbbVie, including Manager of Clinical Analytics and Clinical Data Scientist, where projects focused on machine learning, data pipelines, and actionable insights. Will's earlier experience at Oregon Health and Science University included project management and informatics roles in oncology trials. Will holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Genetics from Reed College.
