Wendy Wells is a leader in Medical Affairs Training and Development with over 20 years of experience in life sciences, healthcare, and medical affairs. Currently, they work as the Director of Medical & Scientific Learning Excellence at AbbVie, having previously held positions including Director of Medical Affairs Training at Apellis Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Science Manager at Abbott Laboratories. Wendy is certified as a speaker, trainer, and coach through the John Maxwell Team and has also contributed to the field through various roles at companies such as Alkermes and Biogen Idec. They are pursuing a Pharm.D. from Creighton University and a residency in Pharmacy Practice with an emphasis in Ambulatory Care at The Regional Medical Center at Memphis.
