Sérgio Feitosa is a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at AbbVie, where they have been contributing since 2020. Prior to this role, Sérgio held several positions at Allergan Brasil, culminating in the role of Operational Excellence Manager from 2016 to 2020, and previously worked as a Production Supervisor and Process Engineer at the same company. Sérgio began their career as a Tool Milling Technician at Fase Ferramentaria from 1996 to 1999. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA from FGV and a Mechanical Production Engineering degree from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, and are currently pursuing further studies at FIA Business School.
