Adarsh Ramesh is an accomplished data science and analytics leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science & Analytics Capabilities at AbbVie since February 2025, Adarsh previously held the position of Chief Analytics & Technology Officer at OneOme, where the focus was on developing advanced analytics platforms for pharmacogenomic solutions. At Elevance Health, from October 2015 to December 2023, Adarsh led a team of over 100 data scientists to implement AI products across various healthcare functions. Earlier roles included Director of Data Science and Manager of Data Science at Sears Holdings Corporation, where significant improvements in customer engagement and revenue generation were achieved. Adarsh's career began at IRI Symphony Services, where impactful market intelligence products were developed, leading to substantial cost savings. Adarsh holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Penn State University.
