Will Chen has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Marketing Director and Regional Sales Manager at Abbott since June 2014, where responsibilities include leading a sales team for the North III Region and managing marketing efforts for three brands. Prior to Abbott, Will held various marketing roles at Roche, where as Senior Product Manager, the focus was on the oncological brand MabThera. Will also contributed to the successful launch of Tasigna while at Novartis Oncology, and gained valuable sales experience with oncology products at Pfizer. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Sydney University.
