Ross Wardle is currently the Head of Market Access UK & Ireland at Abbott, where they lead Market Access activities across several business units. With a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Cardiff University, Ross has a comprehensive background in both primary and secondary care, having held roles such as NHS Commercial Manager at Clinisupplies and Market Access Manager at ConvaTec. Previously, they worked as a locum pharmacist and pharmacy manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of the NHS and its priorities while building relationships with key decision-makers. Additionally, Ross served as a professional rugby player for Newport Gwent Dragons from 2012 to 2016 and is currently the Vice Chair of the Market Access Policy Group at ABHI.
