Roman Mersits is the Divisional Vice President EMEA for Molecular Diagnostics at Abbott, bringing a wealth of experience in sales and marketing from international roles at Dade Behring and multiple Abbott Laboratories entities. They previously held positions such as Managing Director for Central-North Europe, Middle East, Turkey, North Africa, and Pakistan, as well as Country Manager and Marketing Manager within the EMEA region. Roman's career is marked by a proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to success while delivering results on time. They have lived and worked across various cultures in Austria, Panama, England, Germany, and Switzerland. Roman holds an MBA with merit from The Open University and a Master's degree from Universität Wien.
