Nitin Joneja is a global PMO, operations, and strategy leader with extensive experience in technical program management within the healthcare sector, specifically in diagnostics and MedTech. Currently serving as the Director of the Technical Program Management Office and Product Strategy at Abbott, Nitin is recognized for transforming PMO structures, achieving significant gross margin gains, and enhancing operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, Nitin held key positions at Siemens Healthineers, where they led product development and launches and managed large cross-functional teams.
