Kristin Ruffner is the Division Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Abbott, where they continue to leverage their strategic thinking and leadership skills in clinical research. With extensive international experience across multiple continents, Kristin has a proven track record in mobilizing high-performance teams and managing complex clinical trials. Previously, they served as Clinical Studies Director and International Clinical Director at St. Jude Medical, leading various clinical research strategies and initiatives. Kristin holds an MBA in General Management from the University of St. Thomas and is pursuing advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota and the University of Tennessee.
