Brad Weston is a Senior Director of Research & Development at Abbott, where they have been responsible for the development of system technologies for the transfusion industry since 2018. They previously held various engineering and management roles at Abbott, including Director of Systems Development and Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple engineering teams and product lines. Prior to that, Brad served as Director of Engineering at Tic Toc and Project Engineer at Diamond Products. They earned a Master of Product Design and Development from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
