Mohamed Shams is an experienced Project Manager and Engineering Leader with over 15 years in manufacturing engineering and project management, primarily in industrial automation, electrical, and instrumentation fields for clients in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors in Saudi Arabia. Previously, they served as Automation Section Head at Energy Engineering Services, where they built production lines and established maintenance systems, and as an Automation Project Engineer at Suez Canal Container Terminal, responsible for the installation and commissioning of terminal equipment. Currently, they lead the Engineering and Project Management Division at Industrial Systems Group and hold the position of Project Manager and Engineering Leader at ABB. Mohamed is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mansoura University.
