April Whitson is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in coaching and developing HR Business Partners to foster positive workplace cultures and enhance employee experiences. They served as the Global Human Resources Manager at ABB, driving core values to improve employee engagement while managing global teams through change and growth. Prior to that, April held various roles at Cessna Aircraft Company, culminating as the Human Resources Manager, where they supported a large facility and its workforce. They also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Friends University, teaching courses related to human resource management and leadership. April is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management & Information Systems at Friends University.
