Heather Lacharite, MS, BCBA, currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at ABA Therapy Solutions, LLC, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a BCBA/Senior Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. from December 2019 to February 2023 and held the position of Director of Performance Improvement/BCBA at Sand Pines Residential Treatment Facility from June 2018 to December 2019. Heather began their career in the field as a Dependency Case Manager at Children's Home Society of Florida from January 2014 to June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University-Cedar Rapids Campus (2010-2012).
