Mark Cristo has over two decades of experience in technical support and laboratory technologies. Since August 2004, Mark has been serving as a Technical Support Advisor at A.O. Smith, following a role as a Laboratory Technologist at Eastern Power - SUBBOR from January 2000 to October 2003. Mark holds a Chemical/Environmental Engineering Technologist Diploma from Mohawk College, earned between 1997 and 2000, and has pursued further education at the University of Waterloo.
