Hasina Allen is a Senior People and Operations Manager at A New Direction, a position held since 2019. Previously, Hasina served in various roles within the organization, including Planning and Operations Manager, Partnerships Officer, and Partnerships Coordinator. Prior to that, Hasina gained experience as an HR Assistant (Talent) at Southbank Centre from 2015 to 2017. Hasina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and History with First Class honors from the University of East Anglia, which was completed in 2012.
