Teena Hugo began their work experience as a Business Process Mapping Intern at Parmalat in January 2012. During this internship, they were responsible for business process mapping and liaising with stakeholders for accurate process mapping. Teena also carried out data capturing. In September 2012, Teena joined Shoprite as a Non Foods Replenishment employee, where they maintained supplier details, managed demand planning, and placed replenishment orders for the distribution center.
In October 2013, Teena joined Turning Point Ballet Swim Dance & Gym CC as a Dispatch Manager & Inventory Coordinator. Teena'sresponsibilities included weekly production planning, managing dispatch to customers and retail outlets, and stock movement between retail outlets. Teena held this role until February 2015.
Following this, Teena worked at JourneyApps as a Solution Delivery Engineer from March 2015 to March 2017. At JourneyApps, they contributed to delivering solutions to clients.
In April 2017, Teena joined iOCO Tech as a Financial Performance Management Consultant. Teena held this role until October 2021. Teena'sresponsibilities included consulting on financial performance management.
Most recently, in November 2021, Teena began working at A-Gas as a Data Analyst.
Teena Hugo completed their education with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Environmental Management from the School of Public Leadership at Stellenbosch University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honors degree in Operations Research from Stellenbosch University in 2013. In 2010, Teena completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Operations Research and Logistics Management, also from Stellenbosch University. Teena completed their high school education and obtained a Senior Certificate from Bredasdorp High School between 2003 and 2007.
