Tom has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and has nearly 40 years of experience in construction inspection and materials testing both in the field and laboratory. He is a NICET Level 4 Technician and ACI Level 2 Inspector. Tom is experienced in Pavement Design and Evaluation on thousands of miles of roadways. He has also been involved with residential subdivisions, commercial buildings, schools, dams, airports and municipal projects.
