Jennifer Lenihan, LCSW, PHR, has extensive experience in social work and human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Jennifer began as a Social Work Intern at the Legal Aid Society and FEGS, where responsibilities included advocating for children in court and counseling teenagers. Jennifer progressed to roles such as Program Director at FEGS and Therapist at Devereux, focusing on developing treatment plans and providing therapy to children with complex needs. As Director and later Chief People and Culture Officer at 9Dot Education Solutions, Jennifer oversees HR functions and strategic recruiting. Currently, Jennifer serves as Off-site Supervisor at the University of Denver, providing supervision for MSW students while complementing hands-on experience with an academic background, including a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Boston College.
