Donny Ouyang is the founder and CEO of Blackcart, a Toronto-based Series A startup that specializes in try-before-you-buy software for eCommerce, having raised $16M to support its growth. Previously, Donny founded Rayku, a venture-backed edtech startup, and led product initiatives at a Canadian digital agency. Donny also contributed as a member of the Ecommerce & Digital Trade Council at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and currently acts as a Venture Scout at Struck Capital and an Entrepreneur in Residence at 500 Global. Donny’s entrepreneurial journey began with Kinkarso Tech, a network of consumer websites founded during high school, which achieved significant online traffic and revenues. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Toronto.
