Michael Vostal, MBA, is currently a Global Design Lead at 3M, where they spearhead a human-centered design process for healthcare solutions, integrating design thinking into cross-functional teams. Michael has a rich background in industrial design, having previously held roles at Bosch USA and deepLABS, as well as serving as Principal at Vostal Design. They possess a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, along with a Master's in Product Design & Development from Northwestern University, and have significant experience in creating innovative products across various industries.
