Don Hess is the Director and Chief Product Owner for EHS, Occupational Medicine, Labeling, and Packaging at 3M, where they have been an employee for 28 years, with 15 years of experience across both union and non-union manufacturing facilities. Don has held various roles at 3M, including China EHS Manager, Senior Safety Engineering Specialist, and Global EHS Process Lead, where they managed safety and health support for multiple facilities globally. Don also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and two Master's degrees in Industrial Safety and Hygiene from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
