Terry L. Bullard is a retired Brigadier General in the USAF and the founder and president of Bullard Global Security Consulting LLC, where they provide high-level security consultation. With over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement and military operations, Terry has led various initiatives within the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, including command of its worldwide operations. They have also served as an executive accounts director and strategic advisor at 3GIMBALS and as consulting faculty at Blackstone Training Academy. Terry holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies and a Master of Arts in Forensic Science.
