Thomas Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data platforms and analytics. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Data Platforms and Architecture at 3Cloud since October 2025, Thomas leads the Databricks practice. Previous experience includes a Health Consulting Analyst role at Mercer, where statistical models were developed for cost projections and vendor evaluations, and a Management Consultant position at Slalom focusing on data, analytics, and technology strategy. Thomas also held the position of Operations Manager at Central City Concern and served as the Global Avanade Databricks Lead and NA Data Platform Lead at Accenture, where management of a $120M+ portfolio centered on data platform and AI innovation took place. Educational background includes a B.A. in Economics with Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Kentucky and post-baccalaureate studies in Finance at Portland State University - School of Business.
