Sergey Kolemasov has a comprehensive work experience in software engineering and IT management. Sergey is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering at 1WorldSync since 2021. Prior to this, Sergey held the same role at CBS Interactive, where they led geographically spread software engineering and IT teams for CNET Content Solutions. Sergey worked closely with product teams and executives, coordinating policies and practices with corporate IT services. Sergey also served as the Chief Systems Architect at CNET Content Solutions, leading a team of systems architects responsible for executing software and systems architecture vision. Before joining CBS Interactive, they worked at Extra.ru as the Director of Software Engineering Department, building and managing a software development team and participating in the establishment of a national standard for Russian XML trade data exchange format. Sergey's career began at 1C Company as an IT Manager, where they were responsible for corporate website development and support, as well as managing IT infrastructure related to internet connection and services.

Sergey Kolemasov pursued their education at the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from 1990 to 1996. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in the field of Computer Science.
