Dillon Guludec is a student at Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Business Administration with an additional focus on Decision Science. In their past roles, Dillon served as a Workplace Advisory Consulting Intern at Gallup and held various positions including Spring Investment Analyst at PeakSpan Capital and Vice President of Membership at 180 Degrees Consulting. They also directed an aftercare program at Magic Day Camp and officiated over 450 soccer games for the Eastern New York Soccer Referee Association. Dillon's research experience includes serving as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow, where they analyzed data to uncover correlations in organizational knowledge transmission.
