Joey Krug is a Partner at Founders Fund, where they are focused on shaping the future of the firm’s crypto strategy and discovering the next generation of crypto startups. Joey co-founded Eco and Augur, and previously served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Pantera Capital, a leading blockchain investment firm. They began programming in middle school and pursued a computer science degree before embarking on a journey that includes angel investing and advising for multiple decentralized projects like Numerai and Tlon. In addition to their professional roles, Joey is a Thiel Fellow and an Edmund Hillary Fellow, actively contributing to projects like Pyethereum in their free time.
