Tesla veteran Jerome Guillen has left after more than 10 years. Prior to his exit he had been working on Tesla Semi, the company's attempt at a battery-electric semi-truck. | Full Story

Magic Leap CTO Paul Greco and Chief Patent Officer David Lundmark will depart the augmented reality (AR) giant later this month, while COO Henk Vliestra will exit later in 2021. The AR company has also reportedly rehired Daniel Diez to reprise his role as Chief Marketing Officer. | Full Story

Vivino co-founder and CEO, Heini Zachariassen will step down from his role on July 26. In his place, Olivier Grémillon will step in to helm the world’s most popular wine app and largest online wine marketplace. | Full Story

Google has hired Christopher Phillips as the new executive in charge of its Geo team. Phillips is the former Chief Product and Technology Officer at SiriusXM. | Full Story

Snap has hired Rajni Jacques as Head of Fashion and Beauty. Shejoins Snap from Condé Nast, where she held the role of fashion director at Teen Vogue and Allure.

Adobe appointed David Wadhwani as EVP and Chief Business Officer of Digital Media Business. Wadhwani was previously at Greylock Partners where he was a Venture Partner.

Lazada announced that its President, Jessica Liu, has stepped down.

Starship hired Alastair Westgarth as CEO. Westgarth was previously CEO at Alphabet’s Loon.

Ola appointed G. R. Arun Kumar as the Group CFO for Ola & CFO for Ola Electric and Swayam Saurabh has come in as CFO for Ola’s Mobility, Financial Services and Foods businesses.

FICO appointed Ben Nelson as Chief Information Security Officer. Nelson was previously Chief Information Security Officer at Tableau, a Salesforce company.

Exabeam replaced co-founder and CEO Nir Polak with Michael DeCesare. DeCesare was formerly the CEO of ForeScout.

Adverum Biotechnologies hired Julie Clark as Chief Medical Officer, and Brigit Riley, as Chief Scientific Officer.

CareCru appointed Terry Burns as VP of Sales. Most recently, Burns held the role of Senior Regional Director at Straumann.

Majesco hired Ravi Krishnan as CTO. Previously, Ravi was Principal Solutions Leader for Worldwide Healthcare and Insurance at Amazon Web Services.

IBS Software appointed Ashish Nanda as CFO. Nanda was previously CFO of Nucleus Software.

Avaya appointed Todd Zerbe as SVP of Engineering. Most recently Zerbe served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Blackboard.

Clover Infotech promoted Prashant Parab to Chief Business Officer and Neelesh Kripalani to CTO. Prashant is currently SVP and Head of Business Development (India) and Neelesh is SVP and Head of Center of Excellence.

Sybrin appointed Gerhard Malan as CFO. Prior to joining Sybrin, Malan was CFO of Viadex.

CrunchTime! appointed Jonathan Quint as VP of Infrastructure and Pamela Robertson as VP of Marketing.

IDEMIA promoted Donnie Scott as CEO of Identity and Security North America. Scott was previously SVP and General Manager of IDEMIA’s North America public security division.

INRY hired JD Sillion as Chief Revenue Officer and Gayatri Nikkula as the VP of Human Resources.

Pindrop hired Collin Davis as CTO. Davis joins Pindrop from Amazon Web Services where he was a general manager for Productivity App.

Shift5 announced the appointment of Joe Lea as President. Lea was previously the VP of Product at Armis.

Riverbed appointed Nick Boyle as VP of Sales, Asia Pacific and Japan. Boyle was previously VP of Asia at Sitecore.

Appgate promoted Jason Garbis from SVP of Products to Chief Product Officer, Kurt Glazemakers from SVP of Engineering to CTO, and Jeffrey Nord from SVP of Operations to Chief of Operations.

Visionable appointed Christèle Brouste as CFO and Antony Martin as CTO. Brouste was previously Group Director of Finance at Babylon Health and Martin was previously VP of Product and Engineering at Vidyo.

Messari appointed former Omniex Holdings VP of Business Development Maartje Bus as General Manager of Messari Hub.

SDI Presence hired Hardik Bhatt as President and Chief Growth Officer. Bhatt most recently led AWS’ public sector startups business.

Ping Identity hired Jason Wolf as CRO. Wolf was most recently CRO at SAP, overseeing the Spend Management and Network line of business.

C3 AI hired Sam Alkharrat as President and CRO. Alkharrat was previously SVP and Global Head of Sales for VMware’s Tanzu portfolio of Modern Application Platforms.

Absolute Software appointed Matt Schoenfeld as CRO effective mid-June 2021. Schoenfeld most recently served as an Executive in Residence at Greylock Partners.

Central Logic hired Tod Thompson as COO. Thompson most recently served as VP of Clinical Operations and Strategy for Optum Global Operations.
